With Aerial Yoga Pro the child side in each of us can find its own space with great fun. The elasticity of the fabric allows to deepen the muscle and joint stretching. Sometimes you have to increase the control of your body and mind by improving your balance, other times you can totally rely on the fabric and achieve a state of total relaxation.

We also organize open house events, where you can have an easy chat with teachers, gym staff, other students and also, as a beginner, try out basic positions with hammock or silk all for free.
